WEEK 7 FYP (SEM2)

Objective            :

• ·         To Buy alarm circuit and GSM GPS System
• ·         To find suitable material to make the circuit casing.

Content/Procedure        :

Result/Analysis :

• For this week, I have to buy the component for alarm circuit and GSM GPS system product to attach on my project. I have already made a research about this product through the internet. Other than that, I also have bought the material needed to make a casing for my project.  The pictures below showed the product that I bought:

               

Conclusion          :

For the conclusion on this week, I have successfully achieved my objective which is to buy alarm circuit, GSM GPS system and also the material to make a casing for my project. The entire product has been bought separately on different shop and different places. I also have made some comparison between the shops to find the better price.

WEEK 6 FYP (SEM 2)

Objective            :

• ·         To attach and solder the component on the itching Board
• ·         To test the circuit functionality after soldering

Activities              :

• ·         For this week, I need to attach the component on itching board and solder it. I have done it tidily and neat to make sure it will function well and easy to recheck if there is any problem happened.

Analysis                :

   

•      The component have been attach on the itching board like the picture shown below. I have made a test of the connectivity between the transmitter and receiver and I have to make sure the circuit functioning well. There is some problem occur when I trying to find the suitable frequency for both of the transmitter and receiver. I also have to make sure it functioning well and take note on it maximum range it can reach.

Conclusion          :

For the conclusion on this week, I have successfully done the objective for this week. I have done soldering component and doing my circuit on the itching board and test the functionally of the circuit. 

WEEK 5 FYP (SEM2)

Objective            :

• ·         To start doing the itching on the itching board
• ·         To attach the components on itching board

Content/Procedure        :

• ·         Start doing itching on itching board.

o   Material use       : 

§  Itching Board

§  Acid

§  Marker pen

§  Ruler

§  Drill

• ·         Draw Circuit on Itching Board
• ·         Drill hole on Itching board

Result/Analysis :

• For this week, I have doing the itching on itching board. I also doing the drill on itching board to make hole to the component attaching. I have to make sure the itching done well before I can solder the component on the itching board. To make the itching on the itching board, there are some tools I have used for the itching. The tools are state above:

Ø  Itching Board

Ø  Marker pen

Ø  Acid

Ø  Ruler

• By doing the itching, I can make my circuit become smaller and easy to bring anywhere. It was better than doing on strip board because there are many thing to be considered when doing on strip board.

Conclusion          :

For the conclusion on this week, I have successfully doing the itching by using the tools that I state before. All the objective on this week have successfully done. The itching board are ready after I make a hole to attach the component.

WEEK 4 FYP (SEM2)

Objective            :

• ·         To testing the circuit in Breadboard
• ·         To make sure the circuit functioning well

Content/Procedure        :

• ·         Both of the circuit have to been testing on breadboard before solder it into itching board.

o   Circuit Type        : Transmitter & Receiver

o   Braedboard         : 2

o   Baterry use         : 9V=2 , 1.5V=2

o   Jumper               : 4 colour

Result/Analysis :

• For this week, I need to attach the component on Breadboard and test the circuit functionality based on the drawing circuit I have made before. I will test the connectivity between the transmitter and receiver and the range it could reach. The component have been attach on the breadboard like the picture shown below. I have make a test of the connectivity between the transmitter and receiver and I have to make sure the circuit functioning well.

Conclusion          :

For the conclusion on this week, I have successfully done the objective for this week. I have done doing my circuit on the breadboard and test the functionally of the circuit.
