WEEK 14 FYP (SEM 2)

Objective            :

• ·         To prepare for presentation day
• ·         To present the project on presentation day

Content/Procedure        :

• ·       All Final Year Project degree Sem 2 and Diploma student have to present their final year project during the industrial day. I also have prepared to present about my Final year project on the industrial day. The details of the industrial day are shown below:

o   Date                       : 16^th May 2014

o   Day                        : Friday

o   Time                       : 8am – 12pm

o   Venue                     : Gemilang Hall at UniKL BMI

o   Competitors            : All FYP Degree Sem 2 and Diploma

• ·         Attendance is compulsory.

Result/Analysis :

• For this week, I need to prepare my presentation for the industrial day that will be held on Friday morning. I need to know the critical point information about my project and all the information that related to my project. I also need to finalize my prototype before I can present it on the industrial day. The industrial day will be held on Gemilang hall at UniKL BMi on Friday 16^th May 2014 from 8am to 12pm. The pictures below are proving that I attend the industrial day to present my project prototype and poster:

   

            

Conclusion          :

• For the conclusion on this week, I have successfully done the objective for this week. I have done present my project prototype and poster on the industrial day. I also have successfully answered the question that has been given to me by the accessor.

WEEK 13 FYP (SEM 2)

Objective            :

• ·         To produce project poster
• ·         To present the project in front of supervisor and final check with supervisor

Content/Procedure        :

• ·       The poster to be present during the presentation day regarding of the project have been made.
• ·     The project has been presented in front of supervisor before the presentation week. The details are shown below:

o   Date      : 8^th May 2014

o   Time      : 3pm – 4pm

o   Places   : Level 2 corridor at UniKL BMI

Result/Analysis :

• For this week, I need to make a poster to be presented on the industrial presentation day regarding of my project. This poster is very important because it will explain about the entire project that I make on this semester. The things should be written on the poster is:

·         Objective

·         Methodology

·         Abstract

·         Result

·         Conclusion

·         Reference               

• Other than that I also have to present my project in front of my supervisor. I need to show the project functionality and ask my supervisor on his opinion about how to improve my presentation. Below show the poster that I have been made for the presentation day:

Conclusion          :

• For the conclusion on this week, I have successfully done the objective for this week. I have done doing my FYP poster and I also have done presented my project in front of my supervisor. By meeting my supervisor, I am improvising my presentation regarding of his advice.

WEEK 12 FYP (SEM 2)

Objective            :

• ·         To find extra information regarding of the project
• ·         To write important information regarding of the component used

Content/Procedure        :

• ·    The extra information for this project is needed to be presented during the industrial day. The information regarding as below:

o   Component used

o   Function of component

o   Concept used in the project

Result/Analysis :

• For this week, I need to take note all the important component is used during the process of making my project. The component used in this project is important to take note because it was determine the basic process of the component functionality for this project. The concept of my project also is very important because regarding of the rule of Final Year Project, I should use the concept that I learn from my subject during the study on UniKL BMI. So, I have decided to use a transceiver concept to create a wireless environment. It is related to my programmed I take on UniKL BMI which is Bachelor of engineering technology (HONS) in Data communication. I also find new information that I don’t know.

               

Conclusion          :

• For the conclusion on this week, I have successfully done the objective for this week. I have done writing the entire important information regarding my project. I also have successfully learn the new information that I lacking of knowledge.
